The 3rd Annual Health & Wellness Expo will take place on Sunday, November 3 at the Portland Marriott at Sable Oaks in South Portland from 11am-4pm. Admission is either $1 or a non-perishable food item (to be donated to Good Sheperd Food-Bank).

We are kicking off this year’s Health & Wellness Expo with a benefit walk to support Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital (more detailed information to follow). Learn more about what’s to come on the About page.
Prior to the event we will be searching for this year’s Healthcare Heroes – healthcare professionals and volunteers who go above and beyond to care for the community every day. Join us on Aug 10 at the Sea Dogs game and place your nomination for a healthcare hero. We will accept nominations from you and then have an internal panel select the 10 final honorees. These individuals will be honored at the Health & Wellness Expo on November 3, 2013.
